Muffins or milkshake?

The Blogger’s Cafe is up and running again in 2012. Here in Australia we have begun our school year and we need your help please. The aim of The Blogger’s Cafe is to be a place that you and your class can stop by, leave a comment on a current post, read what others have to say and share in the life of the cafe. You might also use it to follow links to other classes so it is important that our links are up to date. Please check on your class link. If there are any problems please leave a comment so I can fix it. If your class does not appear in our blogroll and you’d like it to please leave details on our Join Our Cafe page.

All this talk about the cafe is making me hungry because, to me, cafe equals yummy things to eat! When I visit a real cafe the thing I like to order most is a milkshake. Usually vanilla but sometimes caramel. Do you have a favourite cafe food or drink? Why do you like it?

When I am at a cafe my favorite drink is coconut and mango smoothie.It is my favorite because it is refreshing when it is hot and surprisingly even when its cold.

I would prefer muffins, especially chocolate, although I do love milkshakes. My favourite food in a cafe would have to be…… a chocolate muffin.

I like milkshakes better because you can lots and lots of different flavours of milkshakes. There is a less likely chance of you choking and dying when you drink a milkshake. Muffins can get burnt- milkshakes cannot. You can drink a milkshake- you can’t drink a muffin. Muffins give you indigestion- milkshakes do not. That is why I like milkshakes better than muffins

I love milkshakes but I really like smoothies espiacally rasberry flavoured smoothies and I think my favourite food would be hmmmm pizza espiacally with mushrooms or olive’s.

If I had to choose over milkshakes or muffins I would definitely choose milkshakes. If I went to a cafe I would usually get toasted banana bread with butter. I would also get a chocolate milkshake. I like these because I think that they go together. Keep blogging.

I love both milkshakes and muffins! My favourite milkshake would be caramel and my favourite muffin would be choc chip…yumm! My favourite cafe drink would most certainly be a caramel milkshake because they taste so good!!

If I had to pick a favourite cafe food and drink my favourite drink would be, without doubt, easily a chocolate milkshake and a warm, toasted and buttered slice of banana bread. Yum! I absolutely love banana bread! I would be shocked if I met someone who didn’t like banana bread. I especially like chocolate milkshakes if they are in one of those big metal, silver cups. Oooooh, nice and cold!

I would prefer a caramel milkshake! It is my favourite drink at a cafe! My favourite food is a dotty cookie! It may be a little babyish, but I love them!

My favorite drink at a cafe would be an ICE CHOCOLATES! especially the ones at Gloria Jeans!
I agree with what most of you said ‘Chocolate muffins’ but my favourite drink is Ice Chocolate!
My favorite cafe food would be Blueberry muffins would be on my number 1 list because I love it how whenever you bite into a muffin especially a blueberry muffin the blueberries burst open n your mouth. Another would be quiches because well they are obviously yummy. (spinach and cheese is awesome!) and the smell and the texture is impeccable. And just to get it out there no I hate chocolate and most sweet thing so most of the things at a cafe I wouldn’t chose to eat.

Milkshakes and muffins are one of the best foods yet. That lovely smell of freshly bake muffins are the best hot especially apple and cinnamon. But being in a beach or pool with a chocolate flavored milkshake is heaven. So I rather chocolate milkshakes but apple and cinnamon muffins are still fantastic.

my favorite drink from a cafe is a warm hot chocolate in winter sometimes even summer. my favorite food is a chocolate muffin covered in sprinkles.
Well their is this cafe in the city but i forgot what it was called but you get a small pot of melted chocolate and you get little squishy marshmallows that you dip in and eat it is one of my favourite cafes ever but the best cafe in the world is bloggers cafe!

If I went to a cafe my favorite drink I would order would ether be a Chai tea or a Chai Latte.That is my favorite drink becuase I tried my Mums once and loved it so much. From then on whenever I get an award or something I love to have a Chai latte at a restaurant.Have you tried a Chai tea or Chai Latte?

When I walk into a cafe I love to order A vanilla or chocolate milkshake. Because they are sweet and i usually get a big one because my dad likes to drink some when I’m not looking. My favorite food would have to be a raspberry muffin because i love the sweet muffin and then you get a tang of sourness from the raspberry. YUM

Milkshakes for me are definitely better than muffins in my view, milkshake’s are refreshing and it is my personal opinion that I don’t like muffins. So milkshakes is the choice I have made.

I can’t really eat muffins because I am allergic to egg and most muffins have egg in them. It’s a little obvious then I would prefer milkshakes. My favourite cafe drink would have to be hot chocolate or vanilla milkshakes! I like it becasue they are really yummy and I love chocolate and vanilla!

In my opinion, I prefer Muffins because I honestly think some milkshakes are way to strong. But if Milkshakes are not to strong and just the right amount of milk and flavouring its better than muffins. If I have a perfect milkshake and a delicious muffin that would be a fantastic cafe snack!

Good Day Students in the Land Down Under,
Some of the 5th grade students were leaving comments in the Blogger’s Cafe this morning. We have not put together a class blog, but some of the students have a blog about the books they have read. I do this as well so they can find books that might spark an interest.
I would go for what we call a Black and White milk shake. A little bit of chocolate and a little bit of vanilla. Give me one of those and a good book and I’m set for the day.
